The Player Blueprint was founded by me, professional soccer player Owen Damm, to give players honest, specific feedback and practical guidance. I understand the demands of the professional environment, the uncertainty of the player pathway, and the challenge of balancing soccer with education.

After navigating college recruiting and completing a finance degree while playing professionally, I bring a perspective that goes beyond the field: performance, preparation, decision-making, and building a path that fits the player.
